Information Technology Investment Region (ITIR)


The 10,000 acres project of ITIR is one of the largest in Karnataka’s history. The total cost of this project is expected to be around Rs. 1,00,000 crore ($22 Billion). The initiative will provide direct employment to 1.2 million people and indirect employment to 2.8 million.

Aerotropolis-Airport City
 


This is the new nerve center of the modern era. The airport township would have residential units, golf courses, hotels, multi-story residential high-rises, malls, etc. It is expected to attract industries who will invest upto Rs. 30,000 crore ($5 billion).
 

Devanahalli Business Park
 


The Devanahalli Business Park is a major project which is expected to attract investments of $2.2 billion over the next couple of years. It’s a 413.65 acre project owned by Karnataka State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation and National Highway-7.

Bangalore Turf club
